FetchMozzo allows you to manage all aspects of your customer database. Customers will receive email notifications confirming work order details, pricing, and introduce the assigned contractor to the customer so they know in advance who will be arriving to perform service. When service is complete, customers will receive a brief survey to provide feedback on contractor performance.
FetchMozzo and associated mobile apps allows you, the Licensee, to manage all of your contractors and assigned work orders. Similarly, all of your contractors can manager their own work orders and their entire business through your FetchMozzo account - offering contractors enhanced benefit and convenience in joining your network.
In addition to all necessary data an statistics associated with your work orders, various types of service, and service locations, FetchMozzo has a robust accounting functionality allowing you to manage all financial aspects of your network to include Profit & Loss, Aging Summary, and general Summary Reports.
Once enrolled as an active Licensee, training material will be shipped to you via priority mail with the US Postal Service. These materials include multiple training DVD Series and one from Joel's recent live training events, an advertising DVD sharing key strategies and marketing principles, an instructional DVD on how to leverage the FetchMozzo software system, manuals that includes policies and procedures to be customized for the needs of your business, a sample website layout to be used as inspiration for the creation of your website, and much more.
Included in your Enrollment Investment is one year of exclusive one-on-one coaching with a Regional Director experienced in service as and managing contractors. Your assigned Regional Director will be a critical asset to further mentor and assist you in establishing your business, defining policies and procedures, building your contractor work force, and much more. You will work directly with your assigned Regional Director by phone and email. Needless to say, your Regional Director is going to save you a lot of time and money because they will help focus your business on the efficient and effective strategies that are proven to work.
In addition to training material and exclusive one-on-one coaching, a member of Merchant Services will contact you by phone and personally assist you in establishing your merchant account so you can receive and process orders online and over the phone. Once established, our tech team will integrate your merchant account with your custom FetchMozzo account and associated mobile applications. This will allow you to create and assign unique login credentials for all your users and contractors, allowing them to build your business while giving you complete control and access to all your data and statistics.
